As a whole, I don't think we played well but there were certainly bright spots (I.e. Horner lighting it up, Tracy Smith was extremely effective against competitively sized players, PG play was pretty solid). You've got to keep in mind this is the FIRST FUCKING GAME OF THE SEASON. If we start losing to shitty, undermanned squads then you can bitch, but bitching about us only beating a shitty team by 16 is fucking stupid.

the crowd was PATHETIC. I'm pretty sure I was the only one yelling the whole game. These scrub games should be easy for heckling, which is one of the bright spots playing no name teams. I get that no one will get up for Georgia State but the students were as awful as I've seen in the past 8 years. They hardly participated in any sort of cheer whatsoever

I've always thought it was completely classless to heckle these teams that are so obviously over matched. They are just here to give us a little practice and make some money for their school....nobody expects them to be competitive. Save the heckling for legit schools, you just look like a jackass heckling the star player of a bottom feeder school....especially when he's only like 5'10".
