weird on the texture front though

at $22 / side dish though, we split it for the table and then everyone got a few spoonfuls.

one of the weirdest but most awesome lobster things i have ever had was a lobster tail corn dog at the wild horse pass resort outside phoenix.

it was literally a stick shoved through a lobster tail, battered in corn meal, deep fried, and served wtih buttermilk corn puree and a fennel/watercress salad.
