well on the weight issue, I still say she pulled off the full figured look pretty well, 150 is about the limit though, from her pics she was prob hotter with the skinny athletic look she had but I just find it interesting some girls can gain 10-15 pounds and really go downhill attractive wise while some look better with some weight, anyhow thats my random ass post

This isn't that sad. She blatantly broke the law and she's currently going to face the consequence of doing so.

I mean it's sad that she had to go to those lengths to get her fix (pain-killers? She's talked extensively about needing them and using them) or whatever it is she felt she needed, but there are ways to get the medication you need if you really need it outside of forgery and stealing.

So sorry to hear she's hit a bottom of sorts, but I don't see the wiggle-room for white-knighting this.
