Can we talk about the team? Haha enough of the shit and diarrhea.

If you look at the ACC stats, you should feel better about our team. We are in the top half in almost every category. Rebounding, FG pct, assists, etc. The obvious weaknesses are still turnovers and guarding the 3, but damn if our stats don't look good.

Don't look now, but Alex is starting to be the player we thought we were getting. He's the backup and is currently 8th in the ACC in APG.

Assuming we stay healthy for once, and we get ANY contribution offensively from Howell and Painter we'll finish 10-6 just by showing up. Sadly, we may have to finish 11-5 to reach the tourney. The first 4 ACC games where we'll be solid favorites are must wins.

Even the beginning of the video showing the RBC Center? I've been to all but 2 games and not noticed it except maybe the Syracuse game.

Have you paid the least bit attention to the state of our conference this year? Losing seven ACC games would be horrible for this team in it's current state.

Seeing as almost all the footage in that video is from this season, I imagine it hasn't been played before every game. Unless it's from the future, of course.

I turned it off after the voice-over and the beginning that tried to make us look like UCLA. I hope it didn't get any worse.

Emailed Debbie Yow about the student seating situation last night. A really great response today. Basically she stated that people need to be cautioned when allowed to move into student sections that the students stand and that if they don't want to stand they can sit elsewhere. Also clearly stated that students will always be allowed to stand and that this is going to be discussed with the ushers.

finishing 4th is not impossible considering how down the ACC is. outside of UNC and Duke, the rest of the league is beatable. we just have to take care of business with no bad losses.
