This game is definitely winnable. I am not getting my hopes up, but it would be an epic win. NCSU's run here since the ACC tournament has really taken a toll on my law school studies.

I just really hope we play well. I can get over a loss and get excited about next season, but a close game against a solid Kansas team would make the offseason easier to stomach if we lose.

I also think it'd be easier to lose this game than the next. I don't think I could handle sending UNC to the final four...

I see your point but going to the Elite Eight would be well worth it to me.

Anyway I think if we can pull this one out of our asses we will handle UNC. Our kids are hungry for that game. They won't lose 4 times in one season. They just won't.

If Marshall and Henson are both at 75% or better you can bet your Elite 8 ass we would lose and lose soundly.

Obviously, we need to take care of business against KU first. Then we would need to pray for some help from the basketball gods. It takes a very special set of circumstances (injuries, catching fire, lucky bounces, etc) for a team to make it all the way to the Final 4 unless they are just a dominant force, which we aren't. Up until this point, we've just been the better team. However, the competition level is such now that it's time for someone to bust out some chicken bones and voodoo magic along with our recent elevated play to keep this run going.
