Wood isn't shooting well, put in Purvis to drive the lane and draw fouls (or Warren...who can also rebound and create his own shot). Lewis is getting shut down by an athletic guard?? Brown and Purvis can run the point.

We don't need these guys to be instant contributors next year...we need them to provide quality depth. Anything extra is icing on the cake.

Besides Shabazz, all these guys suck. Apparently they don't realize that you need to shoot well to be a basketball player, so they don't practice shooting. Someone needs to tell them they need to practice. They all will struggle mightily in their careers. The sport of basketball is doomed.

Actually, we need Purvis to be an instant contributor to replace Williams and Johnson. And it looks like he will do that.

We don't need Lewis or Harris to be instant contributors. If we get Amile, he jumps painter in the lineup (FWIW).

The rep on Warren coming in was that he could score and didn't do much else. I didn't see that at all. He seems like a solid rebounder.

Purvis can get to the hoop. No one on our team could do that this year. Shot might be surprising too. Instant upgrade

Lewis will be our 3rd string PG next year. He has time to figure out how to guard. Also, he won't be playing all-americans every game

Amile is good. Nice skills. Oddly seems to have a more suited game for the 3 than Warren, which is the opposite of what I expected. Would be nice to get him and let Alejo put some muscle on him

Sulaimon is going to be a pain in the ass. Hopefully he pulls a Rivers/Irving

Yeah, I never really understood why they projected Warren on the wing and Jefferson down low. TJ has 30 lbs on Jefferson and they're both seemingly the same height

Purvis was outstanding at the end, sans missed free throw. TJ Warren was better on the boards than I thought hed be. Missed his only 3 pter, but it was lined up. Amile was very active. Didn't do anything spectacular, but didn't do anything bad. Tyler isn't gonna show big in a game like this. Especially when the East squad was trying to stay in the half court.

From an NBA front office perspective -- and I spoke with almost a dozen people -- there wasn’t much to be excited about coming out of the week.
