The season is over now, so we should all pick all of the BCS games regardless of what picks we've made previously.

The only teams I have left are Alabama and Notre Dame, so if we had to pick non-BCS game winners I wouldn't be able to. So clearly I'm in favor of the tie-breaker as written OP.

oh yeah i forgot i wrote that. that was a good idea.

you don't have to worry about previous picks, you get a pick in all of the game, no restriction. and the score for the title game.
