Usually the best or second-best conference in America, IMO. 7 strong programs plus Duke and Virginia Tech getting better. Not a new thing by any means.

I never really followed national standings but for some reason I remember lesser known schools always being the better in baseball.

If I hadn't grown up in the region I doubt I would even know the Big South existed if it wasn't for baseball.

Same thing now living in California down the street from a Big West school. Other than Hawaii these schools are worthless at anything not baseball or soccer related.

There are no student tickets. You just show up with your student id and the student entrance is on the third base side.

They are capping the student section at 550 and I think it will just be the hill/bleachers. Gates open 1.5 hours before first pitch.

The crowds have definitely grown at just about every game I've been able to make this year. Then again, winning will do that. Hopefully the team will continue to play well and we can have another solid regional crowd like the one we had last year.

I'll admit, in 11 years of going to basketball and football games, I have never seen the Pack play baseball. I don't much care for it, Bulls games are tolerable only due to the beer, but I'll come see UNC get knocked off their pedestal any day of the week.

Well that's the first whole baseball game I've watched in, holy hell, ever? Uncch is stacked bruh. But goddamn we didn't do ourselves any favors. I think we benched Wilkins prematurely. Outside of that, maybe a little too much power in the front of the lineup--not balanced enough. But I've been hearing lineup issues with Avent his hole career pretty much. Also there seemed to be some borderline calls going more blue than red, but I'm biased so curious if anyone else felt the same. Hoping Rodon can throw his brains out tomorrow.
