Everyone that complains about camping is stupid. Do you see our military running around like crazy chickens? No they are strategic. A fps that doesn't allow strategic play . They even removed every squad based mode. No sabotage, no CTF, no team defender, etc.

Ghosts IS the campiest COD of all time.

I camp in Ghosts harder than I have ever camped before. This game forces good players to camp. I used to run and gun with a rifle in the old CODs, back when radar, spawns and maps were dependable.

I never really understood complaints about "camping" in the early CODs... I pictured camping as hiding in the corner of a room with a shotgun waiting... sure you get the drop on someone if you are in a low traffic area, but you aren't going to get huge killstreaks like that. In this example it is considered "cheap" to camp because you shoot someone in the back with a shotgun when they don't see it coming. So "campers" get cheap kills...

Ghosts strategy of terrible spawns and maps leads to infinitely more "cheap" get-shot-in-back kills... and actually makes "camping" worse... in the past good players could rely on consistent spawns and controlling maps with teamwork, now it is intentionally random and cluttered to cater to scrubs.

I didn't even realize there was a hidden 25 killstreak reward. If it's like the MOAB I don't really care though... I want a game-winning, game-ending killstreak.

My max streak is at 17, but honestly after getting the Loki at 15 I never really care about staying alive. 25 straight gun kills is pretty much impossible in this game, not because of maps/spawns but because of how laggy this game is. I don't trust the COD netcode/host/servers/internet magic 25 times in a row to not ass rape me.

I get the kem from care packages. One game I was 2-0 with a kem. I got briefcase and teabagged my way to it. They seemed to have patched that. Also the dog seems to have got a nerf, quickscoping is back with a vengeance, contexual lean is the new nube move. I quit sniping after I shot a guy center mass with l115 chrome barrel and fmj and got a hit marker. Game sucks, I use all speed perks honey badger with sit, fmj and wreck shit

The lag in COD is the number 1 problem. I was banking on dedicated servers also but after seeing the direction the franchise is going in I don't have much faith in them fixing lag.

Whatever the change was from MW2 - Black Ops... when they added twice as much aim assist and lag compensation. It is so shitty and inconsistent, and now they remove ping bars?

You are 12 years old why do you need to know what the ping is lol. Honestly they removed all the competitiveness to equalize the game play. Lag has gotten progressively worse, I actually set my computer to HD YouTube channels during gameplay to lag up my connection. It helps since I got Comcast blast 50 mb service, otherwise I lose every face to face meeting. I will say the game is mildly fun if you gay it up and listen to kids scream.

I've had more fun less frustration playing Search and Destroy. YOLO so nobody can spawn behind you.

Riot shield + radar attachment... find someone, deploy trophy, take bullets and grenades, fast swap to shotgun or throwing knife for an easy kill. Lots of round-end final killcams with knifes.

I finally had a good run of games last night (including a 17-1 vs spydyrwyr and his party )

The only way I am successful is full auto, silencer, specialist killstreaks, stalker & quick aim perks, and a lot of moving while aiming down sites.

This game is so awful, and they have no plans to fix it. No official response on the spawn issue, no eta on a fix/patch. I'm trading it in, just gotta find something worth getting for the x1.

I've had plenty of times where I've actually did a full wind up, and realized I would only break my tv or something else. Game has 2.5 of 5 stars on amazon, its the worse game I've ever paid for, and I purchased MAG on ps3

I've tried everything to have fun in this game, overkill danger close nube tubes, silencer speed class, different game types. Its just not fun, no matter what I do. It finally hit me tonight that I was being stupid playing this game just because I spent 65 on it.

Call of duty is dead, they killed it. BF4 is my last hope for shooters until Titanfall. If Titanfall sucks (I suspect its gonna be a clusterfuck with too much going on), I may have to quit fps

Remove all of your grenades and secondary (you get more perk slots) and use all the perks that make you move faster (stalker, quick draw, etc.) and use the Remington with a silencer. If you can't work with that then you need to put the sticks down. I also recommend going with Specialist.

I already done that, its ok but not fun. I'm putting the sticks down, trading it in and getting forza 5 for x1.

To me this game is systematically bad, there are no amount of patches that can fix it. And I'm almost prestige 2, thats how hard I've tried to like this game.


They did a patch sometime last night, it kinda fixed the spawn logic. BUT now the real blaring issue with this game really shows up, THE MAPS ARE TOO BIG FOR 6V6. Now its anywhere from 15 to 30 seconds before you get shot in the back, or 1 hit killed from a pistol across map.

not as bad as i was expecting. yes the spawns are a little goofy and the lag is noticeable at times but overall its a decent game. I had fun playing last night. Are the dedicated servers up and running for X1 players? It seemed to me that I was lagging slightly behind some players so Im wondering if I was host.

you can unlock perks with squad points, but you can't use them until you reach a certain rank. which is stupid because once you reach that rank they unlock for free.

maybe if you unlock them you can use them with the specialist rewards before you reach the rank?
