damn. I really suck at this when free roaming. other players are pretty good compared to me. since I've played the campaign so much, I think I'm about as good as anyone on missions though.

I'm such a sore loser when it comes to video games (more so with multiplayer), but for some reason I don't mind so much when I get whacked. there's been a few times when I try to get that guy back, and he turns around and kills me again. and again. and again. then maybe I'll get lucky and catch him without his ride. but then he gets me again. pretty routinely I'll be like 5-1 or 6-1 against people. :sadface:

I ranked up to 12 last night, so I don't have nearly the arsenal, vehicles or mods at my disposal as all the guys at levels 30, 40 and 50. is there a way to free roam with players of similar rank? I know you can invite similar ranks to your missions that you host...

i'm almost convinced they don't want people to like this game now. i was finally enjoying something on a regular basis (races) and now they had to mess with that too. nothing is really worth the time. the part that really gets me is that on top of some pretty stupid changes without any clear reasoning (other than i assume trying to push microtransactions) they managed to still not even give a date for heists, houses, and other crap promised -and- i still can't change online session types from online. it's Call of Duty: Cars.

also, like ^, why the balls is there no way to form a party in this game that pushed the crew/friends/social aspect so much?

my favorite thing is when you are in a job and complete, they take you out of a session so if you start a new one you cant invite anybody!

When you upgrade shooting to Military or Dead-Eye it makes all the difference. Do survival missions a lot when you hit level 20 or get somebody to invite you into them. Also, having assault rifles make a big difference.

When you lock on, try to aim up a bit and head shot them.

Higher level people's advantage is mainly in their health stat, armor, and vehicle armor upgrades. I'm level 34 and I still have to plug away to kill a level 50 guy.

Here's an easier way to get the Cargobob for $185k. There are also instructions in this thread on how to get the Special Edition cars even if you only have the regular version of the game.

supposedly rockstar will jump your nuts if you actually use/gift that money. it's pretty dumb to even consider that when they should be preventing those bounties in the first place. they may be blowin smoke... given their track record with this game who knows... but just a heads up
