yeah, but if I remember correctly, wasnt most of that Clempson folks knowing the were moving on? Seems like I remember most of the attendance being low 60s to maybe low 70s normally, even in the 40s and 50s just a few very short years ago. Shocking. Just shocking.

I agree. Something needs to be done. Miami isn't going back to being Miami and VT is a rebuilding project. Pitt has the right coach to be a perennial top-25 type team if they can keep Narduzzi. Just sucks that we will never be anything more then 4th best in a 7 team division. They should put FSU and Syracuse into the Coastal and put UNC and Duke into the Atlantic.

There's no knowing 10 years from now who the best teams will be. Changing around teams based on recent program prestige means you'll have to do it again late. I've always wanted a north/south split, but FSU and Clemson would still stay together:

Miami, FSU, GT, Clem, UVA, +2 from NC
BC, Pitt, Cuse, UVA, VT, Louisville, +2 from NC

UVA and VT wouldn't want to be split up, but switching UVA with Louisville would make the south even crazier.
