i just sent her a reply to her text wanting to end things saying i was disappointed to hear that, thought things were going well and what i thought perhaps it stemmed from, basically dating for awhile without ever really discussing where it was heading. and that i probably could have handled that better, but i wasn't going to try and convince her or change her mind since she had obviously made her decision.

so now she's asking questions, what did i mean by that, what am i thinking, etc etc.. i guess she sat around last night and on her day off today going over it in her head.

I don't think you have to try too hard to impress a guy, anyway. On pretty much every date I've gone on, the girl could've shown up in a t-shirt and jeans with no makeup, and that would've been a-okay with me. Women stress over their appearances; but men don't usually care what they're wearing, so long as they have pretty faces and nice boobs.
