^^Yeah, that's what I figured. Although, I do remember hitting my Roadrunner SMTP from different ISPs in the past. I just had to authenticate with it first. Doesn't seem to work at all on the iPhone.

i got the 16GB, and i'm selling my 32GB iPod touch to a friend. if they come out with a 32GB iPhone, i'll sell this and trade up b/c i have nearly 20GB in music.

my phone had been on the fritz, and i had been looking at a blackberry. it's a girly reason but with having just gotten engaged i really needed a phone that works. With having the internet anywhere and everywhere with the iPhone I can communicate with vendors via email. plus i like it's calendar feature more than others.

Bonus, now i'll just have one device with me instead of two. I'd been reluctant to get one b/c of my music situation, but my fiance (still weird) has been telling me to get one "for ten damn years."

oh, and of course the best reason...it's just really fucking cool

I actually got the clear plastic shell for mine ... I think its by icontour or something.

I found my friends silicone covering to be very flimsy and really cheapen the look of the iphone.

I have my screen cover underneath this as well, protecting the touchscreen.

Plastic case doesnt make it stick .. but yeah, I guess it is a tad bit bigger. Plus I actually like it a little bigger ... Easier to hold while playing games and emailing.

Screw a case it's big enough as it is.

I've been playing with the pathtracker app and works pretty well. Plots your journey using gps and show distance, avg speed, etc. You can also save and upload maps

Applying those things are the biggest pain in the ass. Air bubbles are a hard to get out and the liquid you have to apply makes it not worth the effort of agonizing over getting it straight.

I've used just the thin film on two iPhones now and they work great. Touch sensitivity is uneffected a far as I can tell. Ihave one tiny bubble now at the edge but it's ok with me. Alignment isn't that hard. The latest film ihave now came in a 5 pack.

I won't be back for a couple years, it's nice here

It won't charge you again. If it does they will refund you. But it shouldn't. I redownload Poker after I deleted it and it didn't charge me.

If you're on your phone you won't actually see that "You've already paid for this" screen until after you hit the buy button. It is confusing and it does look like they are trying to charge you again, but they shouldn't.

if I pwn a 2.0.1 1st gen iphone and unlock it, I should be able to use any SIM card from any GSM carrier correct? Getting this answered online is getting on my nerves, I just want the short answer. Want to be able to use the phone with a Euro carrier (although not an official one, at least not in the country I will be in.)

It's an all or nothing thing. Find out if it works on Tmobile.. if it does, it will work overseas

yes, if you unlock it you can use it on ANY service ACROSS THE WORLD that uses the same frequencies as the iphone. which sim card does not matter
