i usually like long range more than bikes too...but you just dont see many bikes go in, not nearly as many long range shots.

i really wasnt expecting that overhead at all...rooney never does that. i was stunned when i saw it actually hit the back of the net

Yeah easily in the running for goal of the year and if it wins I will not be surprised. I mean it was an incredible goal in its own right, but the fact that it was the winning goal of the derby makes it even more important.

Gotta show some respect to Rooney for that. I'm not a fan but I have to say that provided for some entertaining football.
