^ I actually think the Kentucky players finish both semesters of their freshmen year. They might be taking all PE and Bees and Beekeeping classes, but if they don't fully finish those two semesters, Kentucky's APR would be proper fucked and they would be banned from post-season play.

1. Any money a public entity has access and control over should be considered state funds, regardless of whether they come from taxes or not.
