no one ever answers my dinner questions! HELP ME!

do i want:

a) a BLTA (bacon lettuce tomato avocado and i might add some mozz or muenster or extra sharp cheddar cheese to it)

OR

b) grilled mozzarella cheese sandwich on 100% whole wheat with pesto, tomatoes, and spinach leaves (and maybe bacon?!)

you decide.

it's retard flavor combination in casa del ben

steamed broccoli and peppers in one of those ziplock steamer bags with onion salt and scotch bonnet hot sauce
some biscuits and honey

a few marzens.

im feeling dumb tonight and wanted something easy.

are those ziplock steamer things the ones you do in the microwave?

do they work?

something about microwaved veggies (and most microwaved stuff) always weirds me out. i don't know why.

i, for one, am a big fan

i also had a lot of trepidation about microwave steaming veggies, but by god it works pretty well

with the bonus of zero cleanup, and the ability to create really weird flavors with your steamed veggies... like putting olive oil, chili powder, onion salt, and oregano into the steam bag with broccoli, it sounds weird.. but fuck if it isnt good.

granted, it's not best for say.. having crispy skinned steamed bells, but for broccoli and asparagus it's pretty awesome.
