it was random. michael wasnt shown doing anything but looking around. when the comp started beeping he was as surprised as anyone. the show tried to make sure the stupid people knew this by having him look at the clock b/c he though it might be time or something.

I thought the clock stopped when Michael was messing w/ the computer. He was fudging around w/ the wires and that weird beep went off...the clock stopped...and then Walt IM'd him.

My impression was that Walt was only able to message Michael after the "project" had been compromised. I might be wrong though...

Alright, not to sound like a 12 year old, but fuck this waiting 5 weeks for the next episode. Especially when this one was so damn good.

- Its interesting that just as the missing film is watched the computer gets used for "outside communication". Is it possible Eko set this up?

- Dr. Candle (the guy in the film) looks like he has a fake left arm. It never moves, he just holds it to his side. Rousseau mentioend that one of her crew lost an arm.

If you go to http://thehansofoundation.org/alvarhanso.html and click on his picture, it references a mole. Do you think that this could be indicating that it is not Walt who "IMs" Michael, but someone trying to fool him? Perhaps the others?

If you go to http://oceanic-air.com/ and mouse over "passengers of oceanic airlines are encouraged" in the yellow box on the right, a message shows up. It is easier to see this and the other hidden message on this page by viewing source and scrolling down to the very bottom. There are two messages, one from Robert and one from Sally. Robert is the name of the person who gave Rousseau the music box (her lover/husband?). But the robert on the webpage references a plane crash, not a shipwreck? And it's on the Oceanic website. Do we know a Sally?
