I need a #3 WR since Chad is out.

I just picked up Chris Henry. DOES HE GET IN THE END ZONE TONIGHT?

Pitt's got two corners out...

KICKOFF IS ALMOST HERE

Evans or Houshmanzada?

Evans: slacking lately, going against K.C. not a great D
Houshmanzada: Ocho Cinco out, Hot lately, going against Steelers #1 pass D.

Housh, hands down (he leads the league in receptions)

With CJ out, he will get more targets than ever

Start 1

Roth vs CIN
Campbell vs SEA
Cassell vs MIA

[Edited on November 20, 2008 at 6:27 PM. Reason : CINC usually plays PITT well]

[Edited on November 20, 2008 at 6:28 PM. Reason : is the game on TV?]

I'm my league's manager. This one dude who is out of the playoffs is playing a bubble team. The guy with the crappy team obviously has not checked his team and has Willie Parker on the bench and Norwood as a starter. (He also has ocho cinco starting, but i am less worried about just benching him and leaving that spot open)

Should I put parker in for norwood?

There is an element of conflict of interest since I am also a bubble team

Pick 3:
Ronnie Brown vs. NE (41 points last time they played NE)
Willie Parker vs. Cin (awful defense....a must play really)
Reggie Bush vs. GB (if he plays, a must start, right?)
Jamal Lewis vs. Hou (one of the worst run D's in the NFL)
Antonio Pittman vs. Chicago
Peyton Hillis vs. Oak (18 points last game and a bad, bad D?)

I started ROFL

decent so far with 140 and a touch

Make it 250 with another score and I'll be happy

Rodgers

Pretty close matchup

But Rodgers plays the last game of the week

so even if you're down 50 points after Sunday

you'll still have a chance

Rodgers and Orton will both have good days, however keep in mind that GB had a good running game last week...Chi had to rely on the pass to score with Forte being kept out of the end zone against a poorly ranked GB run defense. Might result in Orton tossing into the end zone a few more times then Rodgers.

Alright, having some trouble making some decisions.

Which RB's should I start? (Pick 2)

Adrian Peterson (definite)
Steve Slaton
Derrick Ward
Warrick Dunn
Peyton Hillis

Slaton is a stud, but with Jacobs not starting, Derrick Ward easily has potential to dominate. Also, Warrick Dunn is getting the start and is expected to put up huge points as well.

well, with Dunn, Graham is out for the season so Dunn is going to get major work

and Tampa is playing the Lions

so I'm torn between him and Slaton here

I, too, am torn between him and Slaton. Ward is a monster, especially without Jacobs, but they are playing Minnesota so that'll limit his productivity a bit.

Oh word? Well, that makes my decision a bit easier then. I thought they were going to play it safe and sit him so he's fresh for the playoffs since they've got capable backups anyway.

heres the latest news on him

Quote :
"After returning to a "limited" practice Thursday, Brandon Jacobs (knee) reiterated that he is confident he will play at Arizona.
"It went pretty good," he said. "I was running hard. I made some cuts I thought were going to be difficult. I feel good, no pain. As far as I'm concerned, I'm on track to go out and get it done." Jacobs is a must-start RB1 for Week 12."

Should I chance Colston and Evans this week? They have been killing me.

I have Curtis, Mason, Torry, Walter, and Jenkins to choose from.

[Edited on November 21, 2008 at 9:50 PM. Reason : ^That's tough but Warner has been better of late and will get his. PR has been inconsistent]

Honestly this is usually a no brainer and I pick Rivers but he has a tough defensive match up this week...

Bo Scaife or Greg Olsen (TE's)?

"FoxSports.com's John Czarnecki reports that Clinton Portis will start at Seattle Sunday.
Like all early Sunday Morning Czar missives, take this news as likely, but not definite. We also expected Portis to start at Seattle despite a limited week of practice. In a good matchup, we'd start him. Keep an eye on our late inactives, coming around 3:30, just to confirm his status. Nov. 23 - 8:26 am et"

Jennings, Colston, and Welker

Marshall has to deal with Asemwhateverhisnameis so I think Royal will get more looks (plus ESPN has him on their "have a seat" list)
Edwards has to worry about Quinn and his broken finger

Westbrook is banged up and they have already said on ESPN that Buckhalter will get the majority of the carries today

McGahee probably has the best chance to get points out of those three

DROD, why did you choose Grant?

Yeah, that oakland corner is nasty.

Pick 1:
Cassell vs Miami - Miami not much better than StL against pass, but could be a tough defense
Pennington vs NE - NE does give up a lot of TDs, but it is noodle arm and they are still the pats
Orton vs StL - Think they will get ahead and run run run

Pick 2:
Chris Johnson - NYJ
Peyton Hillis vs Oak
Kevin smith vs TB
Cotchery vs Tenn
