Pretty pumped about this one and the Buffalo game Thursday, possible roadtrip action to Atlanta on Saturday in the works.

I just realized how big of a day this is for hockey. A lot of action going on tonight. 11 games.

Here's how it looks:

Canes in 9th place.
A mere 2 points out of 5th, 4 out of 4th.
Buffalo, Florida, Rangers, and Montreal sit between us and 5th place.

Tonight:

Buffalo v. Anaheim (want ducks to win)
Florida v. Boston (want boston to win)
Montreal v. Vancouver (want canucks to win)

And obviously the Canes need to beat Ottawa

If this happens we sit in 5th place by the hair on our chinny chin chin

AND we have Philly v. Washington, if the caps win we are 2 points out of 4th

BUT, I forgot two key factors, I go to NC State, and this is the Carolina Hurricanes we're talking about, somehow, someway, this will all go to shit

nah, in NC State fashion we will eventually claim 4th. then finish in 9th. possibly in the same type of scenario that we are climbing from today possibly. Except this will happen on the last day of the season
