There is no doubt? How about the fact that in every flashback we have seen of him he has black hair, on the TV, that person has blond. That to me is some doubt. And the fact it is blurry and you cant even see his face that well.


Actually, I just watched that scene, that pic in this thread is bad, the guy on TV actually does have black hair, and if you listen you can hear the TV talking about something in the desert and you can see soldiers. So yes, it prolly is him.

kate timeline, as well as i remember: blows up dad, gets caught by marshal that died in season 1, escapes with help from horse, later gets her doctor friend killed, later hooks up with bank robbers to get toy plane back, later goes to australia and gets turned in by old man, recaptured.

I'm thinking that the communication came because the timer actually reached zero because Locke didn't get the numbers input quickly enough (see picture).

i already came up with that theory like 5 or 6 pages ago, of course i was kidding when i said it, but i did make the connection

^as far as that goes, i just rewached the scene from latest episode, it clearly shows locke hitting execute, then looking up and there is one second left, then it goes to zero and recounts, the exact same thing that happened when locke got Jack to hit execute for the first time a few episodes back

Charlie, interesting theory...It sounds like a mix between the Matrix and Vanilla Sky....and after you gave me shit for the Turn of the Screw, "Reality isn't what it seems" stuff before, I didn't know you had it in you

The biggest problem that i see with what you're saying is the idea that people "opt out" of the program. First, I'm not sure how they can opt out of it if they're unconcious as you describe, and don't know whats going on. Second, 2 of the 3 people you mentioned were killed by other characters. If they did indeed opt out of the study, how do the people running it know that someone will take them out? It will be interesting to see how all of this plays out, but it certainly looks like they're picking up the pace again.

As for the numbers going to zero, when they execute the numbers, does it go to zero as part of the reset?
