wow, really? i wanted shaka back when i didn't know who the fuck mark gottfried was (like, the day he was hired). gottfried is awesome though. the way he recruits, motivates, breaks down the game, coaches, etc... i think he's light years ahead of shaka. don't get me wrong, i think shaka is good and all, but gottfried is going to take us places that i'm not sure shaka could have. i couldn't be more thrilled with who we have.

^^idiotic. He shouldn't have played Painter as much as he did. Howell and Painter aren't equal. One is much better than the other.

Notice the game was only a difference of 2 points. Playing Howell more and Painter less would have won the game.

Leslie stayed in as long as he could have stayed in. We would have had the lead when Leslie fouled out of if we had also kept Howell in.

Good run to get into the NCAAs (??).

But until we start detesting moral victories, we won't be big time. Better teams expect to win this game. We don't have that kind of confidence, yet.

Land Amilie and keep Leslie, and next season we should go far.

Imagine earlier this year, some pussies didn't even want us to go to the NCAAs. Just wait until we need to make the sweet 16 next year.
