i'm on the OBX surf fishing (and i'll take what i can get) - right now, striper, puppy drum, drum, and trout are biting- but not much at all- and it really sucks because there is no fresh bait withing an hour drive (believe me, we've looked) because all the damn king mackeral (sp?) fishermen are buying it all up before it even has a chance to hit the shops

although the real reason for this annual trip is just to get the hell out of our respective cities and come down here where there is absolutely nothing but good eating, fishing and naps
