I'll probably miss out on the playoffs because of my decision to bench Westbrook

I really dont know how I wouldve picked him to start over Thomas Jones, Larry Johnson or Brandon Jacobs though

^^^Jennings and Housh

^^LT and DeAngelo

^tough one, but I'd go with Forte and Portis. Might be tough matchups but you know that they will be getting plenty of touches

now my turn:

Pick 2:
Larry Johnson @ Oak
Thomas Jones vs. Denver
Brandon Jacobs @ Wash

Pick 3:
Greg Jennings vs. Car
Brandon Marshall @ NYJ
Braylon Edwrds vs. Indy
Marques Colston @ TB
Wes Welker vs. NE

jacobs is listed as questionable with Ward as the only healthy rb on their sqaud...

id start johnson at Oak, and Jones at Den

Pick 3:

Ronnie Brown vs. STL
Jamal Lewis vs. Ind.
Peyton Hillis vs. NYJ
Reggie Bush vs. TB
Willie Parker vs. NE

I'm thinking the first 3 if Bush doesn't play. Parker is banged up and facing a stiff NE D. If Bush is plays, do I play him over Hillis (who has 3 TDs the past two games?). I think so, right?

I need to pick one RB and one QB. I can't decide all of them could potentailly have huge games.

Dunn against NO
or
Slaton against Jacksonville

Matt Ryan @ San Diego
or
Big Ben @ NE
or
Thigpen @ Oakland

Jackson expected to start

Running back Steven Jackson (quad) isn't 100 percent, but he should be able to handle 16-17 carries in Week 13 against the Dolphins, ESPN's John Clayton reports.

Fantasy owners should tentatively plan on using Jackson this week, even though he probably won't reach 20 touches.

Vikings D vs Bears, Raiders D vs KC, Dolphins @ STL

Hillis @ NYJ, Fargas vs KC, or Welker vs Pit.....non PPR league

and one last check because I'm undecided: Non PPR league, Braylon vs. Indy or Welker vs. Pit

Do I start Brett Favre against the Broncos or Matt Cassel against the Steelers? Bronco's pass D sucks, but Cassel has been on fire lately...

^^I would go Favre...

^LJ and RB...LJ is playing Oakland and has been getting better, plus they will run more than throw most likely. Jacobs may be limited and Ward is a very good back.

^i know how you feel...I have Brees, but because Royal is questionable this week, I didnt want to pull for Donald Driver as a Panthers fan, and my other WR shot himself, I had the brilliant idea to play Regie Wayne, Marvin Harrison and Dallas Clark

I wish I wouldve started Welker over Braylon today, I need to stop playing with my heart and start playing with my head

and I'm down by 51 right now with Brandon Marshall, Brett Favre, Thomas Jones and Larry Johnson left - he only has Randy Moss left. If I lose, I'm out of the playoffs, gonna be a nailbiter

My consolation is that I had DeAngelo Williams in. Also Forte. Rogers I had on the bench so I could start Brees.

thank you Thomas Jones

I played Thomas Jones, and at the half I thought for sure he'd put up 150 and 3 TDs, but the Jets are killing him. They get to the redzone and make terrible play calls and they abandoned the run too early.

Oh well, I like what he did, just thought he could have had a lot more.

Hey, does anyone know how ESPN counts ties on your record?

Basically, I needed to win to get in, but I ended up tying with my opponent. What the hell happens?

can you bench him next week?

In the game of my season. If Andre Johnson gets less than 2 points OR rosenfels gets more than 7 points, I get into the playoffs.

im kinda in the same boat.

that owen daniels fake would have locked me for the playoffs.

and in my other league, if johnson goes for another 12 points or so i get a 1st round bye.

i hate that my season rests on fucking sage rosenfels

^^ I still get in. I was playing against AJ -- I have now lost that matchup. So given that loss, I needed the guy playing against rosenfels to lose. It looks like he will indeed lose unless Sage pulls the shit he did against indy.

I'll take backing in to the playoffs over nothing

With that said, I played the hardest schedule by far of all of the playoff teams, and I have the third most points scored. I was just unlucky.

^In my 10-team league I was high scorer and finished 6-4 and tied for 4th.....

2 week playoffs though....I won first round.....and now am winning against the #1 team this week by 20 already.

Also, I will play this week's opponent next week in the first round of the playoffs. It will be the third time I am playing him, and we have split the games so far -- both coming down to the monday night game.

Who do I start this coming week at my two running back slots, big-time playoff game playing the first place person in my league:

B. Westbrook vs Giants
P. Hillis vs KC
T. Hightower vs Rams

Thanks for the advice in advance.

Hillis is a must-start against KC. I expect another 100 yards and at least 1 TD, maybe 2. Huge potential there...Hope everyone was riding the Peyton Hillis train with me to the playoffs...

I like S. Jackson...he ran well even though he couldn't find the endzone.
