i was just looking back at my whole season and amazingly my starters have only had 4 fumbles lost, and none in the last 8 games. that's definitely helped

Id take Witten over Celek. DEN has a decent pass defense and can really pressure the QB. I think DEN v PHI will be a low scoring game.

I would take AP over T Jones. Rumors are that Shonne Green will have a larger role for the Jets today because Jones is "tired" at this point in the season. CHI is just awful so AP should rack up points even if he is taken out by the second half. Also would take AP over McCoy. DEN has a good run defense and PHI will pass pass pass, then pass more. Plus Westbrook is back.

Thanks for nothing, ncstatetke. He dropped his best players the day he got eliminated and guy I'm playing picked up Celek because he saw the drops first and had waiver priority.

The league manager is supposed to lock those eliminated teams and remove those drops. It was a douche move, but the manager has to be on top of that.

Well, I got knocked out of one playoff last week. That team started with Slaton and Ronnie Brown at RB, and finished with Quniton Ganther and Fred Jackson. Somehow I got to the semis. But I'm up 88 points in my other league's championship, so it will be 3 years in a row that I win.

Other league, which is retarded because playoffs are weeks 16 and 17, I'm up 15 points, done for the week, opponent has Longwell...I feel good about advancing to the finals in that league

I won my first league. Placed 3rd in the second, 2nd in the third, and 8th in the fourth. I swear I am not doing more than 2 leagues anymore. I just can't keep up with all of them. Thanks for all the help everyone.

Ugh I definitely agree week 17 championships ftl. This was my first season playing; 10 man league. I was in 1st place after week 1 and remained in first place the entire season, finishing 11-3. Made it to the finals and the guy I was facing I had beaten by a combined 55 pts during our 2 regular season matchups(he was only 7-7 regular season but had a few good playoff games), but here I ended up losing 75-70. The least amt of pts I scored in the other 16 games was 93 and I averaged 105.

Oh well, it was a lot of fun regardless. Just kinda sucks when so many of your players are resting week 17 and there are not many options left.

Yeah I was complaining at the start of the year in one of my new leagues with the week 17 shit. I started Alex Smith and Vince Young at QB in an 8-man league because I had Peyton and Palmer. He has Roethlisberger and Rodgers so of course I'm fucked. Still almost won but lost 154-148.

OK, I'm in a playoff league where each team picks 1 starting lineup each week from the teams playing that week. Different teams can have the same player, but you can only use each player once throughout the playoffs. Total points after the SB wins. I'm thinking of the following for this week:

WR- Deshaun Jackson
RB- Thomas Jones
RB- Rice
TE- Witten
DEF- NYJ

Slave passed up a chance to get in on one of my leagues because it was only for $10,000 a head and there were only 20 teams...he only rolls in leagues with at least 32 teams and 6-figure buy-ins
