FSU heads to Boston and wins a shootout 42-35. Ponder, FSU's quarterback threw for over 300 yards, 4 touchdowns, but also 4 interceptions. The FSU offense will need to get much better before heading into the teeth of the ACC season.

So just read that and replace ASU with Wisconsin and you have pretty much the exact same outcome. Won on a last second FG by Czajkowski to move to 2-0.

Time to prepare for wolfpack2105 and the Tarheels. Too early in the season for such a rivalry game, but whatevs. It will indeed be an interesting game with the much improved Tarheels working on the strength of a beast at MLB and a speedy youngster at HB, not to mention Yates at QB still.

Not sure I have the fire power to keep up, and definitely not the defense to stay close.

Should be fun.

UNC moves to 2-0 (1-0) with a 21-14 win over Wake Forest. Funny thing about this game......halftime score was 21-14, haha. UNC's offensive attack was led by true freshman halfback Steven Hunter who rushed for 225 yds and 3 TD's on 16 carries. Wake Forest, ironically, was somewhat effective through the air going 21/29 for 151 yds 1 TD and 2 INT's.

Leading the Tarheel defense was Deunta Williams with 12 tackles and Damon Workman with 6 tackles and another INT giving him a team leading 4 on the season.

^That was a good game. You had control of the game pretty much the entire time. That running back is RIDICULOUS. I didn't have a chance. Doesn't help that my defense has an overall rating in the 60's and is incredibly slow.

Stats were pretty interesting I thought -- just shows that you had some really big plays and all of my drives were long.

#20 UVA defeats #11 Miami in a nailbiter. Opening kickoff was returned for a td by miami and uva was down 14-0 in no time. Down 35-17, the cavs forced a fumble and returned an int for 99yds and a td. Crazy game, balls being knocked up by receivers and falling into the hands of the secondary, getting an int and your guy fumbling it and goes for 6. ha. great game though.
