starting my junior year of HS - i had just moved from nashville, tn to louisville, ky - from a public school to an all guys private catholic school - still pissed off at my parents for moving and making me leave my friends and whatnot

to date i'm still better friends (have more that i'm still in contact with as well) with my core group from nashville than the ones i had/have in louisville - 1 of them was in my wedding - most of us that are still in contact recently got together his bachelor party a few months ago

moved the summer of '98 - completing my first semester of my junior year at my new HS after going to public school my whole life - an all guys private catholic school - we didn't have detention - we had JUG (judgment under god) where you stood in a room for 1 hour and weren't able to move or talk - the popular thing was to count the # of cement blocks that made up the walls

fucking around with some other alcoholic chick from the 5-0 bar on Hillsborough
regularly cruising Yahoo! Personals to get laid
going to AA/NA meetings to try and meet chicks.
trying to remember to make my meetings with my Probation Officer.
trying to stay out of jail

sometime in the spring of 99, my gf at the time and I established fuckday. about once a month, we'd both ditch all classes and work, if necessary, and spend all day in bed just fucking.

ultimately, this was a ploy to make me overlook the fact that she was a little psychotic shrew. She probably got an extra 9 months of me not leaving her due to fuckday. I don't miss a whole lot about that relationship, other than fuckday.
