I think Harriet Miers should not nominated for supreme court justice! I have a feeling that she is going look at her opinions more so than examine both sides of the issue.

Harriet Miers withdrew her nomination. IMO she was never intended to be a serious contender. Just someone to soften up everyone for the next nominee.

there is no way that the miers fiasco has put bush in a stronger position for a second nomination.
