OK I just signed up for the Akron game and everything went fine. I went in to try and sign my girlfriend up for her ticket and it won't let me log in her account. This is the first time she's tried to use the service this year. I tried doing the "I forgot my password" thing and it wouldn't bring up anything with that either. Who can I call or get in touch with to get this straightened out?

^yeah, I just saw that after I requested for the Akron game. I thought they were available to print until the game. Good thing I printed mine the other day.

either way, this is a big glitch in the system. I'm guessing there's going to be some surprised people in the morning when they go to print tickets.

I'm able to print now, not sure if its just an issue of you can only print during certain times or a glitch in the system but regardless this shit was about to give me a heart attack and there should be no reason you shouldn't be able to print anytime

it was probably during normal maintanence on the server...but people really ought to learn to plan ahead and print their tickets when they win them, so you don't have people freaking out just 12 hours before a game...

that said, you will never be abel to get someone to help you after 5pm on Friday...just won't happen

Hah, they were only dishing out one per person.

There were a lot of pissed off people who had multiple tickets and were trying to get passes.

While it sucks for the larger groups, I do like this setup better.

yeah, if you had 5-8 tickets, they would give you 2 passes. haha. Someone should have thought about it last year. And I bet there were a handful of girls that walked up there, showed the guy their id's and he was like "Where's your ticket?" So they had this dumb look on there face and said "we didn't know you had to have one". Duh. And they weren't even blonde. hmm...they could have dyed their hair though.

So the new rule (5 tickets/2 parking passes), was that announced beforehand or just made-up on the spot again?

Either way, my group will be parking in the vet school lot or up by Wendy's again, and the student lots will probably be half empty again.
