I agree. Also what kind of name is Van Pope. It sounds like only a last name. If the Braves start having injury problems (like Cormier going on the DL today), they will not have much to pull from in the minors.

I would think that Harrison would be the first pitcher called up if they need another arm and Yunel if they need another IF. They should be set at OF with Wilson, Woodard, and Orr all able to play in the OF if necessary.

^ Oh yeah I completely forgot about Prado. I still can't believe we have Aybar instead of Betemit now.

i don't know

and for some reason had been under the impression that the Braves got rid of Devine... good to see he's still around after repeat catastrophes

i think it was more of a wrong place, wrong time kind of deal with him really, getting thrust into what he got thrust into

repeatedly

There goes the no-no and the lead. Hudson is still pitching pretty good though.

McCann is the best catcher overall in the NL, and right up there with the kid from the Twins for the Majors.

the longball has indeed been the only offense in these two games, a little worrisome, but it's just two games

hopefully we can get production from unexpected sources like this all year, although it's not too unexpected in this case, that Canadian's got some pop

w00t! Far from being worried, I'm quite excited to win two games where the Joneses and Francouer do virtually nothing. They'll pick up soon enough. I'm wayyyyyy more excited about seeing a good game from Hudson.

good news altogether. The Bullpen is keeping it together and even picking up Ws when it's down. I like what I see so far.

Francoeur... kid needs to go to AAA. McCann on the other hand, could very well be this years MVP.

we really haven't been good so far offensively except for our HR production.

Have we stolen a base this year? Cause that was one thing that Bobby wanted to do more this year.

Ouevre.......calm down dude, hahaha. We didn't want to use our best 3 in the pen today with a 6 run lead. Soriano came in and did his deal. Wickman never saw the field, Gonzalez didnt either

3-0 and tied with the mets going into the weekend series! Awesome. One of the teams will come out with a lead in the NL east already. I can't wait. GO BRAVES!
