officiating is just bad all around...inconsistent. calling touch fouls but no whistle at all when someone gets mugged. the guy didnt have position at all on that last "charge" by costner. luckily they have missed a lot of threes cuz we sure havent defended it well.

Our Defense is slow getting back and when they do they don't know who to match. Costner and McCauley should have switched but didn't and allowed a wide open three. The trap is giving us a lot of trouble, I am sure we will see a heavy dose in the next half. Fells D is killing me.

Yes and no.

We're doing some things right--mainly, rebounding. We've limited them to one offensive rebound, which is huge when they're only shooting 28% from beyond the arc. On our side, we're getting some second chances (which seems to be the only way our post offense is really getting involved).

But if we don't adjust our offense against that zone, we'll lose.

No college player will continue to miss open 3s. If we give them a chance to get the rhythm, they will torch us. I think we just need to step up the intensity.

It would do us well to try to put more pressure on their passes and not let them move the ball as they wish -- kind of like what their 1-3-1 is going to us.
