quick tip for yall:

playing in Superstar mode, I was going into my 2nd game of the year versus the Pats...well every time the score prediction came up the game froze...I was like fuck that, I just bought this from Gamefly and havent even received the box and its scratched? But I simulated that game and went on to play my next and it worked fine...so basically if you keep getting lockups at one point, just sim that game and hopefully it will work itself out

Word...I really like the prediction score, but I just hate the fact that it's usually the same score EVERY GAME. My game always predicts that I will win 24-20, no matter how lopsided the game gets.

Oh yeah, I came back from 28-0 defecit to beat the Eagles in Philly last night in OT, 34-31. Romo was playing horrible, so I had signed Shaun King in the previous offseason, so I used him in the second half. A couple of turnovers, four quick TDs, an onside kick, two clutch FGs, and T.O. going into "beast mode" helped me win that game.

just got the game and broke it in last night

so much fucking better than last year

still figuring out the weapons system...i like the on screen individual defensive audibles and adjustments...you used to have to remember that shit and it was a pain

and the sprint replays are nice...especially the fact that you can go back and watch any play of the game after it's over

Anyone noticing the ads on the game. I had to update it last night, and there were Nike ads everywhere. I didn't mind that, but I've also seen an ad for "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" and for something else which escapes me at the moment.

pre-snap interface has gone away and will not return (yes turning it on the settings or whatever does not bring it back)

cannot change the active profile.

cannot play profile on profile seemingly

I received the wei system for my birthday in Oct.....then got Madded 08 for Christmas....very disappointed in the wei graphics for Madden 08. Previously I had the old XBOX and the graphics are better on that then the wei.....I am surprised....and dissapointed.

as for 09, minor graphics tweak, improve the online a little bit, actually put work into developing the ps3 version beyond beta, fix the profile issues, fix a few other issues. all should be minor, and amount to pretty much just a bump for 08

the patch for ps3 finally came out yesterday along with the new roster update.

the patch fixes franchises freezing after a couple years, superhuman LB's and CB's, fumbles, and a few other things i am not sure about.

too bad it took until the playoffs for the game to finally work
