1) i had to come back so my parents can go to florida for some family business & go to asheville for my dad's doctor visits without taking my brother out of school
2) my lease doesn't start until august, so i don't have anywhere to live in raleigh now

there are only 3 i can think of

1) center of town
2) 64/69 intersection
3) leaving town

there are only 9500 people in clay county, so hayesville is definitely <-> although it is pretty much all that is in the county




good question, i guess whoever has the fewest gnomes. they can be pesky.

you went to the possum drop? they made a big thing about it and i forget if they started using a dead possum or if they started doing something else.

well hell, yeh I was at the possum drop...

They made a big stink about it but they still used the live possum...he pulled up in a limo...pretty badass possum...


They also had a "Mrs." Brasstown contest...

The contestants arrived in an ambulance...pretty redneck New Years...awesome though...

I remember eating at some buffet place where steaks were a part of the buffet...might have been in Murphy...

i've been in murphy & hayesville for 5 years and never gone to those. i always wondered how all of the completely random people found this place.

they closed that place that year. big fuss about employer ethics, too. unless the place you went to was in sylva.
