How do you tell if your dog likes the brush you're using to brush him/her with?

well if he runs and hides whenever he sees the brush in your hand, then thats a good sign that he doesn't like it.

If he looks content when you are brushing him and sits nicely for you, then he likes it.

what kind of brush do you use on your short hair dogs? mom got a new one that is really fine toothed, so i'm not so sure about it, but it works pretty well. the one i like to use has ridged teeth on it.

looks fine to use.

For my dog, I actually used something similar like this:


She is long-haired and the bristle side didn't remove much hair (but she thought it felt good. )
However, I thought it worked good for the pugs (short, thick coat dogs, heavy shedders), using a comb with it to remove hair.


okay, after reading more on the furminator, I'll say it looks like a nice product.

for many reasons, but mainly for fun.
The premie account is not much of an incentive. Anyone can just buy one. Lots of premium members participate. It's just for fun.

The reason I became so competitive was I couldn't stand to see an alias win again.
