I don't think Hawaii is better than LSU or Ohio State, the two teams I think will go. But I'd like them to go to the national title game just cause it would give this current system the middle finger. This is really just one big flustercuck right now.

ESPN analyst says he thinks Ohio State is in and then thinks one of Oklahoma, LSU, or USC will jump over Georgia for #2.

was at the SEC championship game, Tennessee kept it a lot closer than I thought they would, probably would have won if Ainge and the offensive play calling hadnt been horrible... nice job giving up on the run assholes, but overall they surprised me how well they played, definitely exceeded my low expectations.

And once again, Eric Berry is just a beast, makes play after play after play. I think he will be Tennessee's best player going into next year as a sophomore

These really do not stand up to scrutiny.

Bob Stoops had Oklahoma ranked 1st, LSU 6th. Lowest vote for LSU among all coaches. Only other person with Oklahoma #1 was Steve Spurrier.

Les Miles had LSU ranked 2nd, Oklahoma ranked 5th.

Bobby Bowden had West Virginia ranked 5th, Missouri 6th, Oklahoma 10th. Lowest vote for Oklahoma among all coaches.

Hal Mumme had Hawaii ranked 1st. Dennis Franchione had Hawaii ranked 22nd.

Frank Beamer had LSU ranked 1st, Virginia Tech 2nd, Ohio State 4th. Highest vote for Virginia Tech among all coaches.

Howard Schnellenberger had Ohio State ranked 1st, Kansas 2nd, Hawaii 3rd, Missouri 4th, LSU 5th, Oklahoma 7th, USC 12th, Florida 21st.


When I have some extra time, I might go through and figure out deviation from the norm. Figure out how SEC coaches ranked the Big 12, if there's a bias present with coaches from one part of the country toward another, etcetera.
