Syesha is a typical generic black "diva" wannabe. She isn't very good but the moron patrol in the front row love her. She won't sell any records because she is to generic and nothing special.

Kristy may make a record but she won't be a successful in the country genre as Carrie or even Kellie Pickler (she is doing good more for her personality) She may have a Bucky Covington type career.

As much shit as everyone has given David Cook for singing cover versions of songs, the Mariah Carey version that he put together is good. I decided to be a homo & download it from iTunes. It's a damn good version, makes me totally forget that it is a Mariah song. I give him props.

I want to see the Black girl go next, good singer, but nothing exciting about her..she sings, I usually get up & hit the head cause I don't care if I miss her or not. I really like Brookes songs, but sometimes her attitude with the judges is rather annoying.

& bring back KLC cause I'd hit that shit too, I'd hit it while she was riding that horse.

Guys, just accept whats going to happen. Carly will be the last woman standing, then she and David Cook will battle it out for the right to finish second to Archuleta. David A. and Carly are the only two great voices on show. Cook is a great performer but you can't compare him talent wise to those two. The rest of the contestants aren't strong enough singers or performers to last to the end. Eliminations will probably go in this order.

i don't get why no one ever likes Syesha. especially tonight she was def good tonight.

david a is usually consistently good, but i didn't think tonight he was that amazing. especially if you've ever heard that song before---he wasn't that good at all. it wasn't bad but syesha was definitely the best tonight. and i agree that that probably means she isn't the best candidate to win american idol, because she could be great on broadway---not as a popstar. david a---total popstar. like mix 101.5 mid-40s women will be listening to him. eww, yea i just did NOT like his performance tonight. i agree w/ simon about david a tonight. pleasant but not that great. i guess if you like musicals it kindof just makes you shudder. this whole night was pretty uncomfortable.

david cook was ok---but yea...i hated his ending. the whole song wasn't that great. he was definitely the 2nd best of the night, but i don't really feel like that is saying much. ^ lol that would have been better than some of the performances tonight. seriously...i was just embarrassed for everyone involved.

my rankings

david cook - really good job with that song. definitely showed his range (both vocally and musically), seemed like he had the perfect voice for that song. could definitely see him in that role on broadway which is crazy since hes a rocker guy or whatever

syesha - i really like her, she has a great voice, and she's consistently good..but her time is short as america doesn't like her for some reason. if somebody can figure this one out let me know

david a - again, consistently good. really liked the job he did with that song

carley - big voice, but she always gets shouty/screamy. Thought she did better last night than the prior few weeks though.

pot head - really don't understand why the dreaded stoner is still on the show. the kid can't sing, last thing he did which was remotely interesting was the hallelujah song..but that wasn't his performance of it so much as it's just a really great song.

brooke - time to go home girlie. not only did she stop-restart (has that EVER happened on idol, this late in the game???) she it sounded like crap after she restarted. in the interest of full disclosure though, i never liked her too much. don't like her personality/attitude and for some reason she just looks real strange to me...not even remotely attractive. i think something is off upstairs.

i'm still confused as to why someone would think this, especially after last night when she was CLEARLY the best singer out there and when all three judges gave her raving reviews. i realize that she hasn't been the best overall week after week, but why, after last night, would she deserve to get kicked off more than carly, brooke, dredlocks man?? it just doesn't make sense at all. especially since all of the judges liked her last night. i'm glad carly is gone. she was definitely too screamy and she was cocky. brooke should be gone too, last night was awful for her. i think david a. will win...but where his career will go, i'm not sure. he doesn't have a "broadway" voice like clay. but he reminds me of clay aiken so i figure he'll have like 2 mix 101.5 hits, maybe some christmas cd that women in their 40s/50s will buy....that might be it. cook will do some daughtry-esque thing whether he wins or not. it won't be as wanna-be southern rock as daughtry because cook is just more plain rock, but he'll def have some type of band deal. syesha could do broadway. haven't figured out what brooke and dredlock man are going to do. i guess jason could be popular just because girls like him and if you have a guitar and looks i don't feel like you really need to be that brilliant of a singer to sell records. still haven't figured out brooke.

I don't like Sy...but it has nothing to do with her being black..at least for me. I think that she just hasn't shown any personality & done anything out of the ordinary. She is good, yes...but when she comes on stage it's usually just, sigh....she'll stand in one spot for a little it & sing her ass off & move around alittle bit...but it's all a bit boring to me...just like that leona lewis girl was tonight..freaking boring & did anyone notice her legs are like fucking mules, those are some big legs for such an in shape girl.

Syesha sang great this past performance, looked hot & actually showed a little bit of entertainment value so I was didn't feel like she deserved to be in the bottom 2..but this late in the show people are voting for their favorites & it's a little too late i feel for her to be grabbing votes away for the golden boy & cook ot pot hippy boy.
