With the 48th pick of the 2008 TWW NFL Mock Draft, the Atlanta Falcons select Dustin Keller, TE, Perdue
With the departure of Alge Crumpler, there's a hole at TE. Keller will help stretch the field at the TE position with his 4.5 speed. 4/24/2008 9:24:25 AM |

With the 49th pick of the 2008 TWW NFL Mock Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles select Lawrence Jackson, DE - USC
Andy Reid went against the wishes of whatever dark football gods give him his powers and selected a WR in the first round instead of a lineman. Here, he makes an offering to those dark forces for supplication, and Jackson is the best remaining DE on the board who is not coveted by 3-4 defensive units. 4/25/2008 10:12:59 AM |

With the 50th pick in the 2008 TWW NFL Mock Draft, the Arizona Cardinals select Jason Jones, DE Eastern Michigan
Bertrand Berry will turn 33-years old in August and has suffered season-ending injuries for the last three years. Chike Okeafor will turn 32 in March and finished the year on injured reserve. Recently signed ex-Titan Travis Laboy will replace Calvin Pace, signed by the New York Jets, at the RDE/OLB tweener position. However another young capable pass rusher is needed. 4/25/2008 11:37:46 AM |

With the 51st pick in the 2008 TWW NFL Mock Draft, the Washington Redskins select Kenny Phillips, Safety, Miami.
The number 1 safety in the draft will not drop this far. The redskins take him, plug in the hole left from the loss of Sean Taylor.
also, i think This guy lined up next to landry in the secondary will be nasty.

With the 52nd pick in the 2008 TWW NFL Mock Draft, the Tampa bay Buccaneers select Donnie Avery, WR Houston.
Debated between Donnie Avery, who I have to like because people have compaired him to Torry Holt or Calais Campbell because (according to nfl.com) he could develop like Mario Williams.
Gotta love the wolfpack references.
Joey Galloway is all alone trying to catch balls from a plethora of quarterbacks, so, Being that I figure the WR to QB ratio should be greater than 1, Donnie Avery is the choice. This guy is 4.3 fast and has a wicked short shuttle (3.91) that will help him get separation on his routes. 4/25/2008 12:29:12 PM |

With the 54th pick, the Tennessee Titans take Dre Moore, DT Maryland
With Albert Haynesworth being a retard and Randy Starks departing via free agency, the Tits need to address DT. Would've liked to have held off for a few rounds and taken DeMario but this is the pick that makes sense for Tennessee 4/25/2008 1:28:46 PM |

i think Jeff Fisher already went on the record saying they would address WR early. So i sortof expect to see one in the 1st two rounds during the real deal.
(definately not intending to sound douchebag/haughty)
Again, always goes to the question of what they will do vs. what you think they should do. they certainly have alot of needs.
good pick to fill the D-line hole though. 4/25/2008 2:11:24 PM |

haha^ no chance for the titans to get demario. and i didnt know about talib's history. WR is a need for them, but they have a little to build on there. They definitely take a DT in round 1 or 2 I think though. CB/WR will be the other pick I think. Sweed would be an awesome fit if he dropps to them in round 1. 4/25/2008 3:39:02 PM |
