In my yahoo survivor league, the people who picked Philly are still alive just like anyone who picked a winning team. I'm down for some kind of provision that goes along with picking a team that tied (making an extra pick, giving up a bye, etc.), but I don't think we should be eliminated.

Might wanna add whatever is decided to next year's rulebook too.
