ok i just want to say is this could be legit.
i had an aunt (well great aunt) who was extremely claustrophobic and would flip OUT if she wore a seatbelt.
she got a million tickets, but most of the time they were thrown out because of her problem.
we couldnt convince her to spend the extra $$ to just make an appointment to get the dr's note (she could do it, but it would cost alittle bit) so she just tickets and would fight them in court.
