Solinari must have been at the HT in Wilmington off college yesterday. Some fuck left their car in the parking space right in front of my A4. Just a little breeze and that shit would have rolled right into my ride. Going to walmart last night afterward (to get some planting supplies) it was ridiculous how many carts were just laying around. What do I expect though of all the lowlifes that roll in there.[Edited on April 1, 2009 at 12:47 PM. Reason : k]

I never leave my cart rolling around loose in a lot.It would be fun to live in Wilmington, though. Tell me more about your city.p.s. it's [user]... dumbass[Edited on April 1, 2009 at 12:43 PM. Reason : s]

you can look it up by phone number, or just apply for a new one...
4/1/2009 2:25:54 PM
^^it seems that the person didn't even let the cashier offer to scan the 50 billion VIC cards they have laying around the register...they just left the cart and walked out
4/1/2009 2:57:13 PM
I saw a rich looking woman with two items in her cart ask the bagboy to push her cart out to her car for her, because it was drizzling and she wanted to be able to hold her umbrella. she didn't share it with the kid.
4/1/2009 4:53:39 PM
I never bring my VIC card i just give them my phone number and it works.
4/2/2009 4:14:03 PM
yep, to much shit in my wallet as is. fuck another thing to carry around
4/2/2009 5:13:06 PM
that's why they have the keychain tags
4/2/2009 5:18:09 PM
wow, the rain makes the problem exponentially worse. there's a collective 'fuck it' phenomenon that fills up every other parking spot with a cart.
4/6/2009 1:17:13 PM
rain is a game changer, true.
4/22/2009 11:32:17 PM
lol, i thought this thread was locked for some reason
4/23/2009 12:25:49 AM
rain is not a game changer. fucking plan where you park, dont just throw your car in to the "bosses spot" because you are a pussy and cant get wet.
4/23/2009 12:36:33 AM
The simple solution is to do what they do in a lot of larger cities- make it so you deposit a quarter to get a cart. People get back a quarter when they return the cart so, amazingly, most people will bother with returning their carts. They also do that at ALDI, but that's because they're so cheap.

^ sir is the only good thing about that store
4/23/2009 12:50:33 AM
^^ Common practice in Canada, except I'm pretty sure they use $1 loonies. Not really an option here, but definitely makes people walk the extra twenty feet.
4/23/2009 1:09:02 AM
helps thats why canada isnt a place for fatties
4/23/2009 1:13:09 AM
I wouldn't have a problem if they required a deposit, but it seems that the industry has by and large decided that the best way to make a profit is to allow the customer to choose whether or not he or she wants to walk the cart back to the corral or not
4/23/2009 8:33:14 AM
so saving the money on an extra high school kid not going to get carts everynight at the end of their shift, isnt anyhelp?
