bopped way up last 1.5 yearshad the oh shit im fat realizationdown 20lbs, but still working6'4'' and large frame, tryin to hover around 240 ish
10/26/2009 1:39:38 PM
I'm 6'4'', but my frame is long and lanky, which is why my ideal weight is lower than others who are the same height as me. The disparity between body frames at that height is pretty significant, pound for pound.

the lower in weight i get, the worse i look imodamn loose skin

10/26/2009 2:11:12 PM
jbrick83why do you never wear a shirt?
10/26/2009 2:14:25 PM
^just look at those abs i, for one, am glad he is shirtless so often.]
10/26/2009 2:15:32 PM
When I get abs like that, I will mysterious lose my shirt on occasion as well.
10/26/2009 2:37:11 PM
If you're at the beach or if it's just hot outside, then a shirt is an optional piece of clothing.
10/26/2009 2:54:39 PM
but at a tailgate?
10/26/2009 2:55:56 PM
If it's hot outside, then it's understandable.I don't get the crazy Michigan and Wisconsin football fanatics who wear body paint to a November football game when it's 20 degrees outside.
10/26/2009 2:59:02 PM
The key to is a constant waist size if you're going to put on bulkMy constant is probably a 32, but I have tree trunk legs and a Roger Clemens assI don't think my bone structure would allow me to get under 30 even if I was anemicYou can safely lose and gain weight as long as your waist size stays relatively constantI'm a 32 at 160 and 32 at 220

However, most men make the mistake of judging their fitness progress solely by pounds lostYou shouldn't want to just lose weight; you should want to lose fat and build lean muscleIf you just lose fat, you're going to end up 'skinny fat', which is worse than just being fatYou look ok with clothes on, but underneath is a reservoir of loose skin and bitch tits, pockets of side fat and rolls that are just disgustingYou can weigh 195 and be in much better shape than you are at 180, and it amazes me how so many people don't understand this
10/26/2009 3:07:42 PM
my heaviest was about 165ishlightest about 105 (sickly)
10/26/2009 3:10:21 PM
I'm narcissistic to the point where I care more about how I think I look than how any girls think I lookThat said, I've found that some women view defined abs as a turnoffThey're not chubby chasers per say, but they prefer either a flat stomach with little definition, or sometimes even a slight pudgeBut fuck girls like that...I just want to look good in front of the mirror
10/26/2009 3:10:32 PM

I'm the black Matthew McConaghyAs soon as it hits 80 degrees, that shit comes off
10/26/2009 3:15:16 PM

I think that there is a misconception that overweight people are always making "excuses" for their weight. I am extremely overweight at the moment. Unlike some "fatties," I have been thin and just about everywhere in between underweight and obese. For many people, it takes a great deal of work to maintain a smaller size. When I have been at my smallest, I pushed myself to do it.Now, I am not happy being as overweight as I am right now, but I made choices. I made the choice to put other things before my weight and before my health. I chose to be with my son and take care of my son instead of myself. That meant that I ate out of a hospital lobby vending machine instead of taking the time to go get a salad in the cafeteria. I made hundreds of little choices that ended up equaling extra pounds for me. I don't regret the choices that I made because it was what I had to do at that time. I know that in many ways that I chose the easy path and that's ok. Now I have the time to work hard and the emotional energy to put into dropping back down to a lower weight. It's not like fat people enjoy scarfing down lard and wallowing in their own fattiness.

No doubt. 400 calories is 400 calories. But eating a square meal that leaves you satisfied and full for hours as opposed to double the calories in junk food because a Snickers bar just doesn't do it for you makes a difference.
10/26/2009 3:37:46 PM
10/26/2009 3:39:22 PM
10/26/2009 3:40:10 PM
i don't get people who say that. no offense. if i have a snickers bar i'm just as full, if not more full, than if i have 400 calories from something healthier. such as a banana + apple + chicken breast or some combination that equals 400. so a "snickers bar just not doing it for you" doesn't really make sense to me.
10/26/2009 3:40:41 PM
Rationale like that is we are by far the fattest country in the worldand it has no relevance whether you yourself are fatIts a hive mindset
10/26/2009 3:42:25 PM
If I drink 300 calories of wine, then I get too drunk to realize that I may have been hungry at some point. Then I fall asleep early and wake up refreshed. But if I eat 300 calories of chocolate, then eventually I want real food.
10/26/2009 3:43:17 PM
290
10/26/2009 3:43:54 PM
You may feel full after a candy bar, but it does not leave you satisfied for the same amount of time that a square meal would. It will spike your blood sugar and then you'll crash out unlike you would with a well balanced meal that will stay with you for hours.
10/26/2009 3:44:53 PM
You may feel full after a candy bar, but it does not leave you satisfied for the same amount of time that a square meal couple of glasses of wine would.
10/26/2009 3:46:33 PM
haha. i like your mindset.
10/26/2009 3:47:03 PM
you may have the sustained energy, that much is true. but i rarely eat because i need energy. i eat because my stomach is empty or i don't because it feels full. i would not have another meal after a candy bar any sooner than i would something of equal caloric intake.
