boston college has better crowds than we do with their 200 student baseline seats. theres no noise for the opposing offense to operate against.

next time somebody goes on a run @ bc listen to the crowd on d. its very quiet. Then listen to our crowd during a run for the other team ITS SILENT. Yes, when we are throwing down dunks and on runs against unc, our crowd is very good but when we actually need them to be loud, they are uber bad.

then the crowd has no value if you are winning anyway. its the games you are struggling in where you need the crowd. we need an atmosphere that makes a difference in games like this. teams with tough atmospheres give an advantage when their team is losing that could be the difference in them coming back and winning. once you get up at our place, its a neutral court. once you get up at most places, you have to continue to battle in a hostile environment.
