well, WF is #23 in the AP poll

It was nice to see them pull away at the end, but Wake's 23 turnovers and 0-12 from the arc certainly helped. They killed us on rebounds, especially in the first half.

I said last week that Wake was the best team in the ACC. Might have to reconsider that after today. I've watched them all year and I've never seen them play that bad. Maybe our defense took them out of rhythm (highly unlikely), but they were complete garbage today. If Ish would have been on his game, he could've single-handedly whipped us.

Weird ass game, but I'm happy as hell to get a win again.

It's amazing what (a) increasing your defensive intensity and (b) making a few open shots will do. Good game plan by Lowe to clog the lane and force Wake to beat you from the outside. We got lucky their two freshmen couldn't shoot for shit today.
