Is this some new fad, or did I somehow just not notice a bunch of people wearing fucking tails around during my 6 years of college?

Is it pretty much limited to college kids? I've never seen this anywhere.

^ nothing new, but its not like they are everywhere. I only know of maybe a dozen on campus, of what 31,000 students?

There used to be a guy like that in chorus at NC State. He was pretty cool.
