PLEASE WIN THE CONFERENCE FOR ONCE! We seem to do a pretty good job of getting to the title game in Men's Basketball and baseball and then we always lose. I like to follow men's basketball, men's soccer, football, and baseball. Since I have been following these sports closely we have managed to lose in 3 baseball title games, 4 basketball title games, and 1 soccer title game. Last conference titles, football (1979), men's basketball (1987), men's soccer (1990), baseball (1992).

Great game last night. Buchanan was huge coming in and stopping the bleeding and then going 6+ strong innings without giving up an earned run.

Not sure how the Pack will be able to win today outside of winning a slug fest. Hopefully a committee approach with the pitching will work. Seems like stuff like this always happens to the Pack when they make an ACC tourney run. By the time they get to the final, the team is so spent that they struggle to win the championship.

Coach Avent said during the morning game vs GT that if they made the Championship game, the guy that started the GT game Friday night will start today's championship game since he only threw 19 pitches friday night in the top of the first before the rain-delay.
