Wonder what kinda cut the players get from jersey sales. That would change my opinion.

And most of east Africa says fuck you we need those jerseys

So now Favre is going to hold the consecutive start record forever. Manning was the only one that could break it and I don't have any faith that Eli can do it.

Consecutive games played is overrated in all sports. They're like the kids with perfect attendance back in grammar school. No one liked those kids.

I always wondered if they counted kickers in that stat... seems like one of them would have to be up there, even with kickers moving around a lot. Like Janiskowski...

I don't think special teams players are considered starters.

Could you imagine Luck being mentored by Manning? He'd be unstoppable. Defenses would be trembling like a buffet staff when jaybee walks in the door.

He's insanely harsh on the Dolphins (30) considering how they played last night. Sure their defense sucked but their offense carved up the pats easily.

Consider the pats stopping them on 4th and 1, then scoring a 99 yard TD on the next play was a 14 point swing. I know you might say the Pats would have likely scored from the 20 after a kickoff, but that touchdown pass was a direct result of the dolphins selling out to get the safety instead of playing smart defense, they forced a quick punt on the previous Pats drive.

All those ESPN "analysts" are encouraged to be outspoken and make headlines. He somehow turned a harmless tweet into a 48 hour headline where everyone judges 85 after only 1 game in a Pats uni.

Does anyone know any good sites to watch games that aren't on t.v.? The two I used last year seem to be shut down now.

I can't help but laugh at any Patriot coaches or fans complaining about roughing the passer being called too quickly.

i'm so pissed at Jason Campbell for not completing a pass when they had 6 seconds left

wanted to see Janikowski try a 70 yarder

It's worse than that, he threw it out of bounds with 1 second left on the clock (which easily could have run off).

yep although i thought they shouldve had about 8 seconds left anyway

it was a nice throw to the endzone on the final play though even though it was picked, i thought for a second a receiver caught it

god damn the Colts suck... going by the strictest definition of the award, Peyton should win the MVP every year and get constant blow jobs from Collie and Garcon

^^ I wonder if it has anything to do with an older receiving corps and worse defense now than they've had in years.

Collie and Garcon arent that old, and they were fine last year... Assuming he comes back 100% I have no doubt that Collie and Garcon's number will go back to normal. And this is Austin Collie and Pierre Garcon we are talking about, not Randy Moss and Calvin Johnson. If its not them, it will be someone else.

I think the defense is down some, but a lot of it is also due to them being on the field ALL the time now.

and damn me for being such a good son... my concierge guy in my building found some $30 tickets for the Falcons game but I am in TN after painting my parents deck all day.
