Why do people act like the nfl draft is so important? Its not like teams go from being bad to good in a single draft. Player development is much more important than drafting a set of players who were great in college. Rookies have never lead anyone to the superbowl. I'm sick of nfl fans over sensationalizing everything nfl. The draft is not that big of a deal and there shouldn't be 50 statuses about which teams are good and which teams still suck. We're talking about a bunch of guys that will be rated no higher than 80 in madden.

People are going to watch the 4th round of this draft like the season is on the line.

People are going to watch pointless preseason games that feature soon to be cut players like its the damn final four.

^ E Man: I watch it because I like seeing where the college players are going. It's more about college football for me than pro football, but I can see why hardcore NFL fans would be interested. As a Raven fan, I want the Ravens to pick the best players possible but I realize that the chances of those players being on the field next year are fairly slim and the chances of them actually doing well are almost nill. For me, it's more about... oh, where is Terrell Manning going? Or George Bryan, or whoever else.
