It wasn't. The ref just blew his whistle unintentionally and then was like "well fuck I gotta call something". They missed an obvious goaltend earlier on a leslie shot and then awarded one to Miami on a bullshit call that is 4 points directly awarded to Miami through shitty officiating.

Somehow they don't call goaltending when Scott woods layup is 80% down but they call that bullshit.

I think the home advantage with regard to reffing wouldn't bother me so much if we got any advantage at home.

By the rulebook, it should have been a goaltend of Scott Wood's layup. It is very rarely called, but if a defender smacks the rim or backboard and doesn't get a piece of the ball it is basket interference. It should be called, as it moves the goal and can make a good shot miss.
