I've watched CSPAN for an hour before. This was far better.

before watching that hour long episode a friend of a friend told me it was the funniest episode of the season. After watching it...I no longer want to associate with someone that has such a horrible sense of humor.

Episode was okay.

All the pieces seemed to be back in their original places, it just wasn't laugh-out-loud funny, or overly entertaining - just rote.

I think Pam is kind of bitchy for not letting her husband have his dream job, he made it work for her when she wasted time in art school. There are ways to make it work and she knows how much he wanted to do something that makes him happy. I wouldn't want my spouse to be stuck at a job he hated just because it's Scranton. Plus, why would you WANT to live in Scranton anyways? I've been there, it's nothing special.

The whole thing is weird.

Still weird seeing Jim and Dwight being super friendly, I miss the old pranks.

Not the worst episode of the season, but I didn't think it was the funniest either(even of this very average season).

things like ^ are precisely why this show completely fell off the rails during the past few seasons

BUT

I'm glad to see that they are going out on a high note, because last nights episode got genuine, early-season laughs/smiles from me. I just wish they wouldn't have added that uneccesary Andy storyline

Also, how did Nellie go from being incredibly annoying to somehow attractive?

And anytime I see Michael Scott in the show nowadays, I burst into tears, yo.

Hour?

I watched it on demand and it was only 30 minutes. The last scene was Andy auditioning with Clay Aiken and Aaron Rodgers

I just checked mine again and I went to the primetime on demand channel.. I chose NBC, then The Office. It has the name of the episode, A.A.R.M, and it says, "Runtime 30 minutes"

it gets to the 30 minute mark and stops.

I enjoyed this episode. Glad to see they stopped the BS with Jim and Pam on the rocks.

And I agree, the Andy thing was dumb.

I figured that girl was going to be "the mole".

but that subplot was more-or-less dead weight / filler.

I actually like the direction they took the Oscar / Angela fiasco. It seems sincere (as opposed to, say, the Jim / Pam plot that was impossible to rationalize).

One more ep

^I agree, I think that the more they focus on other people, the more genuine it feels, and Angela putting her kid in the 'cat drawer'... HA

and I really like how she becomes completely unhinged and she still has this enormous concern for her cats, rather than the child HAHAHa I know some people like that I think, but their kids suck and I would like any animal over their shitty kids anyday

I like Jim and Pam and all, but this ain't no chick flick!!!! I want lols

I figured they were trying to set his character up for a transition to movies (IE - follow Ed Helms's actual career path).

Too many dead-end subplots in the final half of the season, though.
