It's weird. There are a ton of Virginia Beach/Norfolk people who get busted for child pornography.

I thought it could have to do with the military presence, like military members were more likely to be involved in that kind of crime.

But what I've found is that they are actually just more likely to get caught for that kind of crime, specifically because the DoD has more reach when it comes to their investigations. And then it appears that investigators are able to get at the civilians through all the military members who they catch.

All right, help me understand that post. "It looks like these are the files that did him in." What useful information does this convey? There are only two plausible ideas I can come up with.

The first is that he's just expressing revulsion at the filenames. I get that, but...I mean, you could just say, "The filenames are awful" and not, like, fuckin' post them. And honestly, I'm not sure this even makes sense, because the last filename is IplO.mpg, which doesn't even sound like anything.

The second is that it's some kind of admonition. Like, "I know a lot about the kiddie porn scene, and these are files investigators use to entrap people." Which, uh...man, what? Like why would know that? Why would you make that post if that were the case? You trying to help somebody avoid the Noid? That shit can't be right, can it?
