I think he meant things our players said about him after he left. In all honesty though, he's a great OC when he's not trying to outsmart himself while auditioning for a HC job. Shula isn't as bad as advertised, but Cam has been bailing him out with his legs all season. The offense under Chud was much better, other than the first few games of last season when we ran entirely too much read option.

the bridge is burned with chud which is unfortunate but there are other OCs who are good out there

mike shula is not one of them. hopefully some dumbass college team hires him

Kyle Shanahan would be a great hire if we get rid of Shula after the year.

Kyle Shanahan? Are you kidding me?

Shula isn't going anywhere. He's done a great job this year.

Regardless of what the players or anybody else said about Chud, the offense was better with him running it. You can't really argue that. We were top 5 in the league in scoring offense his first year and top 12 his second year. We were 26th this year under Shula.

Shula hasn't been terrible, but he hasn't been great either. He's had a top-3 defense to fall back on too. I'm not saying we should bring Chud back -- we shouldn't -- but the guy could coach some offense.

That said, Shula isn't going anywhere.

I think Shockey opposite of Olsen was a big help in Chud's first year. And not having Stewart this year certainly hurt the offensive output.

it's a bit of a chicken or the egg situation, but we haven't had to be aggressive on offense because of the defense we have to fall back on

that and our personnel on offense isn't great

we're in a much, much better situation now with Shula than we were with Chud, and I really think the players shitting on Chud means a lot

i'm sure everyone with the SportsCenter app got this alert.

apparently Sean McDermott is going to interview for the Redskins job this weekend. i know teams have to do their job and find a coach, but come on man.

I can't decide if I want to get tickets from my Mother-in-Laws PSLs yet. What say you TWW?

Edit: Are playoff games really that much more exciting? Is it akin to a sold out bowl game?

You can get some single tickets starting around $132 on Stubhub. But yeah, if you want 2 or more they start at $145.

I hope Kraken uses his first team snub as motivation in the playoffs.

I don't know what kind of year Watt had, but Quinn definitely deserved 1st team.

Hardy doesn't need any motivation other than dollar signs. He's already going to get paid in excess of $15m a year no matter where he ends up. That number could go even higher with a big playoff performance.

Yeah .... dude is just happy he can still run, let alone play football. The fact that he's in the playoffs again after everything he went through has got to be a trip.
